We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (Project Manager) with 7+ years of experience in driving Agile project delivery across cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, guiding and supporting the POD team to ensure efficient delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement through Agile principles. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring all deliverables meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and align with business objectives.
