Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple construction projects
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and perform quantity take‑offs to monitor and track project changes through completion
