Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Plan and manage delivery and installation schedules
- Coordinate and supervise site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Manage subcontractors’ work at project site to ensure smooth progress and quality work
- Issue job orders to the production team and ensure timely delivery of finished goods
- Plan and monitor installation works, including aluminium windows, doors, and curtain wall systems
- Attend and participate in site meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients on technical submissions, safety, and site activities
- Work with the fabrication manager for submission of material samples to customers and consultants for approval
