Strategic Partnership and Client Expectation Management
- Act as a senior Business Partner to VPs and directors of client areas, maintaining a proactive relationship agenda and biweekly alignment of priorities.
- Actively manage expectations: anticipate scope changes, communicate risks before they become surprises, and negotiate deadlines based on the squad’s real capacity.
- Translate business requests into concrete initiatives with KPIs, owners, and dates — never accept a vague request without a clear definition of success.
- Build trusting relationships based on consistent delivery and radical transparency, not on likeability.
