Project Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager / General Manager Operations

Location: Assigned Tehsil

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all sanitation and solid waste management operations within the assigned Tehsil. The role ensures contractual compliance, operational efficiency, workforce management, equipment utilization, financial discipline, and achievement of KPIs established by the Client (LWMC/BWMC/MC).

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Manage complete sanitation operations within the assigned Tehsil.
• Ensure proper sweeping, desilting, and cleanliness of roads, markets, public places, and designated areas.
• Monitor transportation of waste to dumping sites or transfer stations.
• Ensure uninterrupted execution of daily operational plans.
