Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Change Management Lead or senior change manager on large-scale IT or business transformation projects
• Proven experience leading organizational change efforts including change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Leading the development and execution of change management strategies and plans
• Conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments
• Designing and managing stakeholder engagement and communication plans in collaboration with the project team
