Responsibilities
- Manage operationally and functionally the projects assigned to you.
- Oversee OEM/OES projects (component or system with known technology components).
- Ensure achievement of project KPIs in terms of profitability (product development vs. development activity payback and extended margin), quality, and production preparation.
- Secure and control project resources.
- Drive the associated P2 actors when P2 is not completed in P1.
- Resolve all project issues requiring support from suitable functions via the project escalation process.
- Check and validate project team members’ activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
