Project Manager

Purpose of the Role

• The Project Manager plays a central role in driving visibility, governance, and delivery discipline across regional implementations and operational transformation initiatives in APAC. The core focus of the role is to bring clarity to what is happening across multiple workstreams—ensuring priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies are transparent—and to hold teams accountable for delivering against agreed outcomes.
• This is not a hands-on problem-solving role. Instead, the Project Manager identifies where issues, risks, or gaps are emerging and drives the right stakeholders into the right forums to enable timely decisions and resolution. Acting as the connective layer across senior leadership and on-the-ground teams, the role ensures alignment, momentum, and clear ownership of actions across the business.
