Designation - Project Manager

Qualification- B. Tech or Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Location - Mumbai – Head Office

Key Responsibilities

•        Plan all installation projects with the required sub-contractors based on specific project needs. Ensure that work begins smoothly on site and that every project is handed over to the client with complete and proper documentation.

•        Assign tasks to skilled team members based on their individual expertise, experience, and the specific requirements of each project to ensure efficient execution.

•        Study flooring CAD files and project drawings carefully to conduct accurate cost estimations. Provide the sales team and clients with realistic, well-calculated budgets.
