The Role

The PMO Deployment & Enablement Lead supports the successful deployment of monday.com initiatives across the enterprise, leads and coordinates PMO projects, and partners with regional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve business processes and work management workspaces. This well‑rounded role blends strong project management, business analysis, organizational change management (OCM), and communication skills to bridge business and technology teams—driving process design, solution deployment, stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption for consistent execution across the organization.
