Job Summary

We are seeking a fixed‑term project manager for Etelä‑Savo Vocational College for the period 1.8.2026‑31.7.2028 for the 'Drone Competence in Working Life' project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the implementation and scheduling of the group project according to the project plan.
• Ensuring smooth cooperation among implementers.
• Handling administrative tasks: monitoring overall finances and eligible costs (in collaboration with finance), reviewing payment requests, follow‑up reports, and final reports.
• Ensuring visibility of EU funding in accordance with the communication plan.
• Assembling and initiating the drone training network, acting as a contact person for the funder, coordinating the drone training network.
• Developing work‑based basic education in collaboration with project and workplace partners.
• Arranging travel as required by the project plan.
