Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects/builds to deliver on a predetermined timeline. Delivering top level customer service and communication to all clients. Quality control throughout the build and ensuring a safe work site/environment. Hands on management mentality is needed for upmost efficiency. Oversee construction projects from beginning to end

• Review contracts and building plans, organize all details and information with the project scope
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed, plan ahead
• Communicate with clients to meet and review details and organize on site prior to construction beginning
• Build relationship with client through duration of the project, earn their respect and confidence
