About the Role
: We're looking for a Project Manager with a
Civils background to:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the civils package on a large-scale commercial construction project.Manage site logistics and ensure smooth operations throughout.Collaborate with the team to control project costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Lead and manage the civils project team, and subcontractors, working closely with team Planners and Engineers.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulations.Proactively manage risk and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of any operational impacts.Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety reports.
