**This role is a replacement to ensure business continuity for the management of Long-Term Programs (LTP) within the Gas Services Project Management team for South America. The position is critical for facilitating a smooth transition from a retiring expert and for actively improving customer satisfaction with a key client, Ambar, who has been a consistent NPS detractor. To address these objectives, the role is structured around three core areas: comprehensive LTP contract and customer management, diligent project planning and execution, and rigorous financial and performance oversight. These areas ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the identification of new business opportunities, and the direct remediation of client relationship issues.
