Summary:

Plans, coordinates, evaluates, manages, and directs all construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

**7.1** Assists with developing construction and renovation project scopes and budgets

for review by others.

**7.2** Negotiates and secures cost estimates for projects utilizing consultants,

architects, hospital department resources and others appropriate for the project.

**7.3** Represents the Hospital during construction and renovation projects to ensure

that the Hospital's best interests are protected by attending routine planning and construction meetings, clarifying hospital objectives and standards, and resolving conflicts.
