Responsibilities
- Maintain ownership of new client assets and ensure that clients have a timely and quality implementation of Solera products.
- Work with Implementation Specialists and Customer Enablement leadership to develop and maintain the implementation process of Solera products.
- Provide a single point of contact during the onboarding process, working with the customer and a team of resources toward the implementation of Solera products.
- Manage the project from receipt of the project to implementation completion.
- Ensure proper documentation and that Customer Resource Management is updated.
- Document all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve upon implementation delivery.
