Lead innovative projects as the Office of Employee Culture Project Manager with the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Drive strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement and development in a full-time position.
In this pivotal role, you will guide senior leadership to design and implement a strategic plan for the DHS Office of Employee Culture. This includes enhancing learning and development opportunities and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with directors across DHS to manage projects and build an extensive library of coaching resources.
