Project Manager for Comhom Eu-funded Project (Valencia)

Sant Joan de Déu, Serveis Socials València is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Research & Innovation team in Valencia, Spain within the European project COMHOM.

COMHOM - A comprehensive approach to Combating Homelessness through monitoring and evaluation, data-driven solutions and digitalisation - seeks to enhance digitalisation processes among homeless response services, fostering Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E;) culture in the sector and ultimately promoting a personalized and more efficient use of resources in homelessness response. This initiative involves the development and pilot testing of data-driven digital tools and a robust M&E; framework, coupled with a comprehensive capacity-building agenda.
