Opportunity Description
- Possess prior experience in managing industrial or large-scale commercial facilities and have an established network of reliable vendors and service providers to support maintenance and operational requirements.
- Be willing to travel across project sites regularly to monitor operations and ensure consistent service standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day facility management and maintenance operations of all industrial parks under the company's portfolio across the state.
- Coordinate closely with the deployed facility management agency to ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities and timely resolution of site-related issues.
- Supervise the deployment of facility management personnel in accordance with the agreed service levels, including monitoring attendance, manpower availability, and performance of the deployed workforce.
