Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through to delivery.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for ongoing projects.
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
- Education in architecture, building systems/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, estimating, or drafting (an asset).
- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and/or other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
