Project Manager – Estimator, Commercial Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through to delivery.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ongoing projects.
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
• Education in architecture, building systems/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, estimating, or drafting (an asset).
• Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and/or other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
