Hybrid location: 2-3 days per week in the office – Toronto, ON
Project Management Key Accountabilities
- Define project scope in collaboration with senior management and identify key drivers and measurements for evaluation at completion.
- Determine required resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) for project completion.
- Create an integrated plan detailing scope, schedule, costs, communications, resources, dependencies, risks/issues, quality, change vendors, and other key aspects.
- Develop a detailed schedule, sequence activities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Review and revise the schedule with senior management and affected staff as required.
- Execute the project according to the integrated plan.
