Project Management Key Accountabilities

• Define project scope in collaboration with senior management and identify key drivers and measurements for evaluation at completion.
• Determine required resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) for project completion.
• Create an integrated plan detailing scope, schedule, costs, communications, resources, dependencies, risks/issues, quality, change vendors, and other key aspects.
• Develop a detailed schedule, sequence activities, and allocate resources effectively.
• Review and revise the schedule with senior management and affected staff as required.
• Execute the project according to the integrated plan.
• Monitor budget, scope, and timelines; address variances promptly using standard change request processes.
