Responsible for planning, delivery and execution of projects for the entire delivery life cycle, applying established TMX standards and best practices. Key Accountabilities

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and identify key drivers and measurements for project evaluation. Determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) needed for project completion. Create an integrated plan detailing scope, schedule, costs, communications, resources, dependencies, risks/issues, quality, and change management. Develop a detailed schedule with activity sequencing and resource allocation. Review and revise the schedule with senior management and all affected staff. Execute the project according to the integrated plan. Closely monitor budget, scope and timelines, addressing variances promptly via standard change request processes.
