Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support large-scale capital development projects within a growing affordable housing portfolio. This individual will own full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects (typically $60M–$70M in value), from early planning and design through to construction and occupancy. On a daily basis, they will work closely with general contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders while acting as the owner’s representative to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. A strong emphasis will be placed on contract management—reviewing agreements, managing disputes, tracking changes, and ensuring all parties are aligned to scope. The Project Manager will also oversee project schedules, evaluate risks, monitor site progress, and independently troubleshoot issues such as delays or cost impacts, with support from senior leadership as needed.

Compensation

$100,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary.
