Project Manager, Disputes (Analyst)

Job Description

The Project Manager, Disputes (Analyst) role focuses on supporting and delivering Global Disputes initiatives by partnering with project leads to define, validate, and execute business and technical requirements. The role contributes to project planning, documentation, testing, risk identification, and issue resolution to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule. It works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across product, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
