WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Capital Planning Project Manager to join our London office . This role is ideal for an experienced building science or capital planning professional who can manage Reserve Fund Studies, Property Condition Assessments, and Performance Audits while building strong client relationships and supporting the growth of Edison’s capital planning services.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to guide projects from proposal through completion. While a professional designation is not required, s...
