Mandatory in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity and leading exceptional delivery.

At Tiller, Project Managers are more than coordinators. They are delivery leaders responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality work that helps our clients move their business forward. You’ll own a portfolio of client work representing approximately $1.5M to $2M in annual revenue, partnering closely with an Account Manager and a cross‑functional team to ensure projects stay aligned to goals, budgets, timelines, and expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently navigate ambiguity. You anticipate challenges, create alignment across teams, and keep work moving forward.
