Job Overview

This is a full‑time on‑site position offering opportunities for career growth in construction projects such as schools, police stations, and housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams including site engineers, site supervisors, QS, contract department, safety officer, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with government agencies (JKR, KPKT, Ministry of Education, PDRM, etc.) for project approvals and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain site progress reports, progress claims, VO, EOT, site instructions, RFI, NCR, material approvals, shop drawings, and as‑built drawings.
• Oversee project scheduling using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and ensure adherence to JKR specifications and government contract procedures.
