**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Project Management Analyst** to join our team **onsite** in **Patuxent River, MD** .
The Project Management Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program and project objectives. This role directly supports the Naval Aviation Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Cyber Workforce Program Manager by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data relating to training products, acquisition programs, and workforce development initiatives to ensure efficient operations.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Conduct organizational studies, evaluations, work simplification, and measurement studies to improve operational efficiency.
