Opportunity Description
Job Description:
- Act as the single point of contact between the consultant team, OTP, and ITSS
- Plan, track, and coordinate all project activities across phases
- Maintain the project schedule, milestones, and deliverable timelines
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and validation sessions with OTP stakeholders
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as required
- Ensure adherence to TOR scope, quality standards, and UN/OICT policies
- Prepare periodic status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and formal handover activities at project closure
