Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of estimating experience within ICI construction.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes, tender documents, and trade pricing.
• Ability to prepare takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and subcontractor comparisons.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with project teams, trades, and clients.
