Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing;
- To assist Project Manager for site planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections
- To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule;
- To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval;
- To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices;
- To ensure efficient control and use of manpower, equipment and materials onsite without wastage;
- Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
