Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting business processes with effective and efficient applications and solutions.
- Acquiring and sharing the required knowledge and skills, not only technical but also from a business perspective.
- Managing requirements, stakeholders, and technology to ensure success in projects, changes, incidents resolution, and other operations.
- Ensuring compliance tasks or controls that are relevant to this job are implemented.
- Supporting and attending the established EMEA ITSC decision bodies.
- Maintaining, supporting, and optimizing current IT solutions.
- Providing training on the IT solutions.
- Collaborating with the rest of the stream.
