Reports to: Project Manager(s)
Salary: $125,000 annually
Hours per week: 40
Duties And Responsibilities
- supporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to tendering, and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project schedule
- project execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO)
- project closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking, and communicating punch and deficiency lists, removing all insurance, closeout of utilities and site services, and removing temporary facilities
