Our manufacturing and service client in Surrey is recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and weekly insulation schedules
- Monitor progress across multiple job sites
- Support production planning
- Track all projects in Tsheets, Slack and Procure
- Collaborate with subcontractors, internal team and external customers
- Organize daily list of tasks
- Partner with Outside Sales Rep and coordinate projects with them
Requirements
- Strong multi tasking skills required for this role
- Detail oriented
- Works well under pressure
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Be extremely organized
- Handle high volume of emails and phone calls throughout the day.
- Organize sales reps and technicians for each project
