Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role requires working onsite from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the integration of new customer programs from contract award through production readiness, including detailed planning, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to translate customer specifications into actionable internal plans.
+ Coordinate the setup of new part numbers, routings, work instructions, tooling/masking requirements, chemical processing parameters, and quality controls.
+ Facilitate internal and external kick-off meetings, program reviews, and gate reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
