Position Summary

Thales has a vacancy for this role; the incumbent supports the Project Manager (PM) and the PMO Manager by coordinating a wide range of day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is carried out effectively and that project actions impacting progress are tracked and followed through. Within the AJISS program, the coordinator will perform assigned program coordination activities, support the PM in project activities to achieve successful completion, and coordinate internal and external teams while acting as a key liaison across stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives. The role contributes to overall delivery across technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction domains, supports fulfilment of milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements, and assists in timely issue escalation as needed.
