Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a driven, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator to support proposal development, business development activities, project coordination, and execution of small industrial projects across the mining, energy, and heavy industrial sectors.

The primary objective of this role is to support business growth and project delivery by reducing the administrative, proposal, and coordination workload carried by senior project staff.

This role is ideal for an individual with 3–7 years of experience supporting industrial projects, engineering projects, maintenance, operations, construction, consulting, or related environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing proposals, coordinating project activities, managing vendor interactions, supporting client relationships, and progressively taking ownership of smaller projects and work packages.
