RVA is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for its Land Development team. You will assist Project Managers and engage in site surveys, tender document preparation, and construction activities coordination. Ideal candidates will possess strong civil engineering skills and a collaborative mindset to drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-design site reconnaissance and surveys
• Assist in tender document preparation and quantity calculations
• Client contact coordination during construction phases
• Perform site reviews and prepare site review reports
• Draft as-built drawings using AutoDesk AutoCAD/Civil 3D
