Project Coordinator – Civil Construction

Maple Reinders Constructors is currently searching for a Project Coordinator to join our Civil construction division and be based on the Duffin Creek WPCP in Pickering, Ontario. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a large exciting civil water and wastewater project.

Responsibilities

• Participate on heavy civil and industrial type projects
• Assist in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration files
• With direction from the Project Manager, initiate and maintain correspondence with Owner, Architect, Engineers, sub-trades and suppliers
• Select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations
• Assist with and/or clarify scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers
• Develop successful relationships with current and prospective clients, consultants, realtors, and developers
