Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Reporting to the Operations Manager (Calgary), the Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of project execution. This position is based on a project site in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity management and response support, and identifying business development opportunities that bring in new projects.
• Support the Proposal Lead in client responses with the help of Marketing and other team members.
• Assist the Project Manager in establishing Pre‑construction in Progress (PIP) forms, KPIs, and monthly updates.
