Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator based in Burnaby, BC, you will oversee day‑to‑day project activities, provide administrative support to the Project Management team, and report to the Project Manager.

Duties

• Maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
• Enter purchase orders and keep order tracking for all project orders.
• Expedite and follow up on orders, reconciling final billings with customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate and interface between vendors, the sales team, management, and customers.
