POSITION SUMMARY

TFTF ‘s overall purpose is to provide a culturally affirming, community based wrap around services that will facilitate the supporting and enhancing of the positive experiences of children and youth in the education system while providing a wrap around system of protective and positive support in areas such as health and mental health, self‑identity and self esteem, building strong parental and familial environment while at the same time engaging the various systems, structures and institutions to help them recognize the impact of anti‑Black racism on Black and racialized communities and build their capacity to change and/or transform their approach and service delivery.
