Project Architect - Multifamily Design Lead (Hybrid Denver)

Gorman & Company is seeking a Project Architect to lead design and documentation for multifamily housing from concept through construction in our Denver office. You will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to bring high‑quality housing and community developments to life.

The role requires 5+ years of multifamily experience and a current Colorado architectural license or progress toward licensure, with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
