Responsibilities
Assess portfolio alignment with the company's strategic plan, prioritizing initiatives for maintenance, rehabilitation and modernization of the rail network.
Develop prioritization criteria, feasibility analyses and resource allocation strategies, considering track asset criticality, operational safety and return on investment.
Lead scenario planning and simulations to support strategic, portfolio-level decision-making with the Executive Board.
Monitor the portfolio using financial, schedule and resource dashboards, including correlations with permanent way performance indicators (reliability, availability, THP).
Identify and mitigate risks impacting multiple projects, with attention to rail safety, maintenance window constraints and regulatory compliance.
Structure and lead rail network improvement projects, supporting the review of track maintenance strategies (corrective, preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance).
