Job Scope & Responsibilities – Project Admin (Commercial & Scheduling)Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Claims & Documentation
  • Prepare, compile, and submit progress claims, invoices, and variation orders in accordance with contract terms.
  • Track project expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to follow up on claim approvals and payments .
  • Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking
  • Maintain and update the project schedule, milestones, and deadlines .
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers to track site progress and work completion .
  • Identify delays and potential risks , ensuring timely reporting and mitigation measures.
  • Commercial & Contract Administration
