Job Scope & Responsibilities – Project Admin (Commercial & Scheduling)Key Responsibilities:
- Project Claims & Documentation
- Prepare, compile, and submit progress claims, invoices, and variation orders in accordance with contract terms.
- Track project expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to follow up on claim approvals and payments .
- Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking
- Maintain and update the project schedule, milestones, and deadlines .
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to track site progress and work completion .
- Identify delays and potential risks , ensuring timely reporting and mitigation measures.
