Programmer / Analyst – Level 3 Ottawa

Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Programmer / Analyst, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Must-have Qualifications

• A valid security clearance at the level of Secret.
• A minimum of 10 (ten) years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in C++/C# using MS Visual Studio for application development.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in Oracle PL SQL for application development.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years developing (20,000 users with 2000+ concurrent users) HRMS applications.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology.
