About the role:
The Programme Coordinator will support the implementation of the Learning Equaliser programme, aimed at building science capital among secondary school students in 25 government schools. Working closely with teachers, students, and community stakeholders, the Coordinator will facilitate targeted STEM and gender-sensitive activities, and ensure the implementation of the programme to build students' aspirations and reduce dropout risks.
