Summary The Program Specialist serves as an expert resource for matters related to informatics, Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS), Primary Care Management Module (PCMM), workload accountability and capture, spreadsheet and graphic software used for managerial or clinical purposes, financial budget management. The Program Specialist will be working at the San Francisco Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Ambulatory Care Service. Responsibilities Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
