UW Medicine Post-Acute Care (PAC) Program
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
Provides operational support for the UW Medicine Post-Acute Care (PAC) Program and assist PAC leadership in executing business and operational strategies for growth, development and evaluation
**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Building operational infrastructure for efficient information sharing and deliverables tracking with internal and external stakeholders
+ Works closely with nursing leadership at UW Medicine hospitals and PAC Network partners to evaluate nursing practice, extend standard processes across the continuum
