PROGRAM MANAGER (PUBLISHING)

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (PUBLISHING) in the Doctrine Concepts Analysis Division of NAVY WARFARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Responsibilities You will provide program management support to the Doctrine Department Director and Deputy Director, and function as the Publishing Division Manager. You will manage and guide the day to day operation of the Publishing Division which provides publications containing instructions and guidance for the operating forces of the Navy. You will define long range program requirements and goals for the tactical documentation programs of the Navy, and plans for Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) support of these requirements. You will develop budgetary requirements for assigned programs and projects. You will modify programs or integrate them with other programs as necessary to keep pace with changing operational and/or budgetary situations.
